When I joined the team, I worked closely with the Founders and Brand Manager on an intensive brand audit. Pepper’s original branding and strategy were not meeting their vision of an inclusive sexual wellness company. The solution to our goal was to move away from a “nighttime” inspired identity and into a humanistic lifestyle brand. We ultimately found that everyone craves connection. Whether that is found through quality time, shared meals, music, or intimate moments; we brought Pepper out of the bedroom and into everyday life.
